We wire these units with a dedicated earth ground bonded right to the metal reflector. Why? Because if the insulation ever fails, we want the breaker to trip instantly. We don&amp;rsquo;t want the entire ceiling grid becoming live.&#xA;To make sure we didn&amp;rsquo;t miss anything, we run a &amp;ldquo;high-pot&amp;rdquo; test. We blast the unit with a voltage way higher than the usual 220V. If there&amp;rsquo;s even one tiny pinhole in the insulation, we&amp;rsquo;ll find it before it ever reaches a customer&amp;rsquo;s home.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;tricky&lt;/a&gt; part: Heat vs. Air&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the catch. You need a seal that keeps spray out but still lets hot air breathe.
